We believe that the only solution to the current crisis can come from the power of the European citizens.
With the collection of 1 million signatures, European citizens can transform their will into a steadfast power.
The payment of any odious debt should be put aside, as the necessity of survival and the right to human dignity should come first.
EUROPE CHANGES NOW. Share the Action, be the Change!
Seisachtheia* was a set of laws instituted by the Athenian lawmaker Solon (c. 638 BC–558 BC) in order to rectify the widespread serfdom and slaves that had run rampant in Athens by the 6th century BC, by debt relief.
Now, 2.500 years later we are again enslaved by an unpayable debt that threatens our lives and dignity and we need 1 million Signatures to have this old solution debated at the E.U., for a new Europe of Solidarity.
